摘要
目的:观察声波振动吞咽治疗仪在脑卒中患者吞咽功能康复治疗中的应用。方法:选取2020年10月-2021年4月桂林市人民医院收治的脑卒中吞咽功能障碍患者74例为研究对象,随机单双数法分为两组,对照组37例采用基础性康复治疗,观察组37例在对照组基础上采用声波振动吞咽治疗仪治疗,对比患者康复效果。结果:治疗后观察组误吸发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组吞咽功能障碍发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组吞咽造影检查评分,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组吞咽造影检查评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:为脑卒中吞咽功能困难患者进行声波振动吞咽治疗仪治疗,不仅可帮助患者提升吞咽功能,减少患者误吸发生率,也可提升恢复效果,减少住院费用,缩短住院时间。
Objective:To observe the application of ultrasonic vibration swallowing therapy instrument in the rehabilitation of swallowing function of stroke patients.Method:A total of 74 stroke patients with swallowing dysfunction treated in Guilin People’s Hospital from October 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research object.They were randomly divided into 37 cases in the control group and 37 cases in the observation group.The control group was treated with basic rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was treated with acoustic vibration swallowing therapeutic instrument on the basis of the control group.The rehabilitation effect of patients were compared.Result:After treatment,the incidence of aspiration in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);the incidence of dysphagia in the observation group after treatment was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the score of video fluoroscopic swallowing study between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05);the score of video fluoroscopic swallowing study in the observation group after treatment was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05);the hospitalization time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the hospitalization cost was lower than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For stroke patients with dysphagia,ultrasonic vibration swallowing therapy instrument can not only help patients improve swallowing function,reduce the incidence of aspiration,but also improve the recovery effect,reduce hospitalization expenses and shorten the hospitalization time.
