摘要
目的分析神经肌肉电刺激联合康复训练对脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响。方法选取2019年10月—2020年10月期间该院收治的60例脑卒中后吞咽障碍患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组实施单一康复训练,研究组在此基础上实施神经肌肉电刺激干预。比较两组洼田饮水实验结果和吞咽造影检查(VFSS)评分。结果干预前,两组洼田饮水实验结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组吞咽功能恢复有效率93.33%高于对照组73.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);干预前,两组VFSS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组VFSS评分(8.89±1.97)分明显高于对照组(7.48±1.53)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.096,P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉电刺激联合康复训练对卒中后吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能恢复具有显著作用,患者洼田饮水实验结果理想,具有临床推广意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training on the swallowing function of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke swallowing dysfunction admitted to the hospital from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented single rehabilitation training,and the study group implemented neuromuscular electrical stimulation intervention on this basis.The results of the drinking water experiment and the scores of swallowing contrast examination(VFSS)between the two groups were compared.Results Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of Watian drinking water experiment results(P>0.05).After the intervention,the effective rate of swallowing function recovery in the study group was 93.33%higher than that of the control group 73.33%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.320,P<0.05);before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the VFSS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the VFSS score of the study group(8.89±1.97)points was significantly higher than that of the control group(7.48±1.53)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.096,P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation training has a significant effect on the recovery of swallowing function in patients with dysphagia after stroke.The results of the patient's drinking water experiment in Watian are ideal and have clinical promotion significance.
