摘要
高校关工委是促进大学生成长成才、促进青年教师专业发展和推进高校改革发展的重要力量。新时期,高校关工委工作面临着诸多挑战,必须坚持与时俱进,不断创新工作思路。为此,高校关工委需要建立管理运行机制,搭建协调合作机制,构建评估考核机制,完善表彰激励机制。
Caring for the Next Generation Committee in colleges is an important force to promote the growth of college students,the professional development of young teachers and the reform and development of colleges.In the new era,the work of Caring for the Next Generation Committee in colleges is facing many challenges,which requires us to keep pace with the times and constantly innovate our work ideas.Therefore,it is necessary to establish management and operation mechanism,build coordination and cooperation mechanism,structure evaluation mechanism,and perfect commendation and incentive mechanism.
