摘要
本试验针对甘肃中部山区小群体、大规模肉羊养殖模式,开展良种肉羊异地温精人工授精试验研究。试验对澳洲白、杜波、黑头萨福克和特克赛尔种公羊精液镜检合格后用羊专用稀释液按1:2〜1:4稀释,保温箱恒温运输至车程1.5〜2.0 h内周边肉羊养殖合作社、规模养殖户的同期发情处理母羊进行子宫颈口人工输精。结果表明,母羊同期发情率为95.09%,情期受胎率、分娩率、产羔率和繁殖率分别为75.32%、70.23%、184.78%和129.77%,各组合间差异不显著(P>0.05)。该技术为提高我省山区优良种公羊利用率和羊良种化程度,小群体零星分散肉羊规模养殖户开展异地人工授精配种探索出了新的可借鉴模式。
Aiming at the small group and large-scale mutton sheep breeding model in the mountainous area of central Gansu,this experiment carried out the experimental research on remote warm insemination and artificial insemination of improved mutton sheep.After passing the microscopic examination of the semen of Australian white,Dorper sheep,black headed Suffolk and Texel rams,the semen was diluted with sheep special diluent at 1:2 to 1:4,and transported in an incubator to the synchronous estrous treatment of surrounding mutton sheep breeding cooperatives and large-scale farmers within 1.5 to 2.0 hours for cervical oral artificial semen infusion.The results showed that the oestrus rate of ewes was 95.09%,and the conception rate,delivery rate,lambing rate and reproduction rate were 75.32%,70.23%,184.78%and 129.77%respectively(P>0.05).This technology has explored a new model for improving the utilization rate of fine breeding rams and the degree of sheep breeding in mountainous areas of our province,and for small-scale farmers of scattered small groups of mutton sheep to carry out remote artificial insemination and breeding.
