摘要
目的明确太岁样品中的微生物菌群结构。方法采用高通量测序技术对太岁的细菌和真菌菌群结构进行分析。结果同一来源的三个太岁样品共得到1178个细菌OTUs和523个真菌OTUs,涉及38个门93纲176目347科578属。太岁样品中的最优势细菌门为Proteobacteria(42.30%~44.80%),最优势真菌门为Ascomycota(76.38%~92.92%);3个太岁样品的各自优势细菌属和真菌属均不尽相同,太岁的优势细菌属主要集中在未分类属(unclassified)。结论太岁样品中微生物多样性较丰富,蕴藏着许多未知的微生物资源,本研究结果可为利用和开发太岁提供科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To clarify the microbial communities composition in “TaiSui” samples.METHODS High-throughput sequencing technology was used to determine the community composition and complexity of the microbiota in“TaiSui”.RESULTS There were classified into 1178 bacterial OTUs and 523 fungal OTUs, belonging to 38 phyla, 93 classes, 176 orders, 347 families and 578 genera.Proteobacteria(42.30%~44.80%)and Ascomycota(76.38%~92.92%) were the most dominant bacteria and fungi in “TaiSui” samples.The dominant bacterial genera and fungal genera were different from each other, and its dominant bacterial group was concentrated on the unclassified.CONCLUSION “TaiSui” contained high microbial diversity and many unknown microbial resources, the results of this study can provide a scientific basis for the utilization and development of “TaiSui”.
