赏识教育引导行为护理对血液透析患者的作用

摘要 目的探讨赏识教育引导行为护理对血液透析患者的作用。方法选取2020年1月至2021年7月于信阳市中心医院进行血液透析的80例患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组40例。给予对照组患者常规护理。在对照组的基础上对观察组进行赏识教育引导行为护理。比较两组护理前后血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、血清钙、血清磷和甲状旁腺素(PTH)水平,以及自我管理行为(伙伴关系、问题解决、执行自我护理、情绪处理)能力。使用自制量表评估患者对护理后的满意程度。结果护理后,两组BUN、SCr、血清磷和PTH水平均低于护理前,研究组BUN、SCr、血清磷和PTH水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组血清钙水平高于护理前,研究组血清钙水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组伙伴关系、问题解决、执行自我护理、情绪处理的得分均高于护理前,研究组伙伴关系、问题解决、执行自我护理、情绪处理的得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组总体满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论赏识教育引导行为护理能有效改善血液透析患者的肾功能,提高其自我管理行为能力,维持钙磷代谢平衡,提高患者满意度。 Objective To explore the effects of appreciative education-guided behavioral nursing on patients with hemodialysis.Methods A total of 80 patients undergoing hemodialysis in Xinyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to July 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given routine care.On the basis of control group,the patients in study group were given appreciation education to guide behavior nursing.The levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),serum calcium,serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone(PTH),and the ability of self-management behavior(partnership,problem solving,self-care and emotional management)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Self-made scale was used to evaluate the patients’satisfaction after nursing.Results After nursing,the levels of BUN,SCr,serum phosphorus and PTH in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,while those in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the levels of serum calcium of the two groups were higher than those before nursing,and the study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of partnership,problem solving,self-care and emotional treatment in the two groups were higher than those before nursing,while those in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Appreciation education-guided behavioral nursing can effectively improve the renal function of hemodialysis patients,improve their self-management behavior ability,and maintain the balance of calcium and phosphorus metabolism,and improve patients’satisfaction.
