摘要
目的:探究耳穴压豆配合中药热奄包护理对混合痔患者术后排尿、腹胀及肛门疼痛的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月于厦门市中医院治疗的104例混合痔患者,按照随机数字表法将其分成对照组(n=52)和观察组(n=52)。对照组于混合痔切除手术后采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用耳穴压豆配合中药热奄包护理。比较两组术后1、3、5 d的肛门疼痛评分、腹胀评分和尿潴留评分。结果:观察组术后1、3、5 d的肛门疼痛评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1、3、5 d的腹胀评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后1、3、5 d的尿潴留评分均较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔切除术后在常规干预基础上增加采用耳穴压豆配合中药热奄包护理可有效减轻患者术后肛门疼痛,缓解其腹胀、尿潴留状况。
Objective:To explore the effect of ear-point pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot pack nursing on urination,abdominal distension and anal pain in patients after mixed hemorrhoids surgery.Method:A total of 104 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who admitted to Xiamen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine for treatment from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected,they were divided into control group (n=52) and observation group (n=52) according to random number table method.The control group adopted conventional nursing after mixed hemorrhoidectomy,observation group adopted ear-point pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot pack nursing on the basis of conventional nursing.Anal pain score,abdominal distension score and urinary retention score were compared between two groups at 1,3 and 5 d after surgery.Result:The anal pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,3 and 5 d after surgery,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The abdominal distension score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,3 and 5 d after surgery,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The urine retention score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1,3 and 5 d after surgery,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:After mixed hemorrhoidectomy,adding ear-point pressing beans combined with traditional Chinese medicine hot pack nursing can effectively reduce postoperative anal pain and relieve their abdominal distension and urinary retention on the basis of conventional interventions.
