摘要
目的观察电针治疗痔疮术后中重度疼痛的临床疗效。方法将160例痔疮术后中重度疼痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组80例。治疗组采用电针治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,比较两组治疗前后疼痛分级评分。结果两组患者治疗后VAS评分均下降,治疗组治疗后30 min、1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h VAS评分与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论电针能够有效减轻痔疮术后中重度疼痛。
Objective To assess the clinical effects of electroacupuncture on moderate or severe pain after hemorrhoids surgery.Methods 160 patients with moderate or severe pain after receiving hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,80 in each.The treatment group received electroacupuncture,while the control was treated by medication,and the pain intensity was scored before and after the treatment in both groups.Result The pain scores declined in both groups evaluated by Visual Analogue Scale（VAS）.The comparison of VAS score at 30 min,1 h,2 h,4 h,and 6 h after treatment showed significantly better results in the treatment group than in the control（P0.05,P0.01）.Conclusion Electroacupuncture can effectively attenuate moderate and severe pain after hemorrhoids surgery.
