摘要
县域医共体是实现区域医疗卫生资源整合,让群众就近享受优质医疗服务的有效手段。文章在分析了县域医共体基层机构原有药事管理主要问题的基础上,介绍了临海市第一人民医院医共体药事垂直化管理的做法。该院通过垂直一体化的药事管理,全面重构医共体基层医疗机构的药事管理内容和质量,全面提升了医共体成员机构对群众就医过程中用药的需求,提升了群众的就医获得感,促进了医共体的分级诊疗目标。
County medical community is an effective means to realize the integration of regional health resources and to let the public enjoy high-quality health services nearby. Aiming at the pharmacy management in county medical community, this paper analyzed the main problems of the original pharmacy management in grassroots organizations of county medical community, and then introduced the practice of vertical management of pharmacy in medical community of Linhai First People’s Hospital. Through the vertical integration of pharmacy management, the content and quality of pharmacy management in primary health institutions of medical community were comprehensively reconstructed, the capacity to meet the demand for medication in the process of medical treatment by the members of medical community was comprehensively improved, the sense of access to medical treatment was improved, and the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment goal of medical community was promoted to a certain extent.
