摘要
目的了解烟台市中老年人对戊肝及其疫苗的知晓情况,分析影响中老年人戊肝疫苗接种意愿的因素,为戊肝防控提供依据。方法本研究采用分层整群抽样方法,在烟台市芝罘区、蓬莱区、高新区,分别选取一个村庄、一个社区,选取40岁及以上且自愿参加调查的中老年人作为研究对象进行问卷调查,用x2检验、logistic回归分析方法分析戊肝疫苗接种意愿的影响因素。结果共收集有效问卷409份,学历(x^(2)=14.926,P=0.002)、收入水平(x^(2)=13.280,P=0.004)是HEV疫苗接种意愿的影响因素;受教育程度高(OR=2.918,95%CI:1.341~6.348)、听说过戊肝(OR=3.783,95%CI:1.976~7.241)的人群接种意愿高。结论烟台市中老年人对戊肝及其疫苗的认识不足,广泛且有针对性地加强健康教育对提高中老年人戊肝疫苗的接种率具有重要作用。疫苗的费用是影响接种的重要因素。
Objective To understand the awareness of hepatitis E and the corresponding vaccine among middle-aged and elderly people in Yantai city,and to analyze the factors affecting the willingness of vaccination,so as to provide evidences for hepatitis E prevention and control.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was adopted in this study.From one village and one community in each of Zhifu district,Penglai district,and High-tech Zone of Yantai city,middle-aged and elderly people aged 40 and above who voluntarily participate in the survey were recruited for questionnaire survey.Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used to analyze the influencing factors of willingness to vaccinate against hepatitis E.Results A total of 409 valid questionnaires were collected.Educational background(x^(2)=14.926,P=0.002)and income level(x^(2)=13.280,P=0.004)were the influencing factors of willingness to vaccinate against hepatitis E.High education level(OR=2.918,95%CI:1.341-6.348),people who have heard of hepatitis E(OR=3.783,95%CI:1.976-7.241)had high willingness to be vaccinated.Conclusions The knowledge of hepatitis E and the vaccine was insufficent among the middle-aged and elderly people in Yantai city.Extensive and targeted strengthening of health education played an important role in increasing the coverage of hepatitis E vaccine among middle-aged and elderly people.The cost of vaccination was an important factor affecting vaccination.
