摘要
目的调查研究中医护理技术在急性心肌梗死患者中的应用。方法从医院最近2年来收治的急性心肌梗死患者中抽取60例患者作为实验的研究对象。经比对分析我们将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组样本数各30例。对照组急性心肌梗死患者接受常规护理,观察组急性心肌梗死患者在对照组的基础上接受中医护理技术指导。最终通过对两组患者在接受不同护理方法后抑郁、焦虑情况、睡眠质量,护理前后生活质量,患者对护理过程及结果的满意程度及最终的护理效果进行对比,以此证明中医护理技术的临床应用价值。结果观察组患者在结束护理后抑郁、焦虑评分及睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组,由此说明经过护理后观察组患者心理得到有效放松。护理干预后两组患者的生活质量水平都明显比护理前高,且观察组恢复情况比对照组更好。在治疗效果方面,中医护理技术有效的协助临床治疗,护理效果更好。最终观察组患者的满意程度更高(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论在临床急性心肌梗死患者护理中,中医护理技术能有效的帮助患者恢复身体各项机能,同时在护理过程中有关注患者心理变化,通过对患者各方面的分析准确的实施护理,加快患者康复,最终患者的感受更好。值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods 60 patients with acute myocardial infarction in our hospital in recent 2 years were selected as the research objects. After comparative analysis, we divided the patients into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing care, while patients in the observation group received TCM nursing technical guidance on the basis of the control group. Finally, the depression, anxiety, sleep quality, quality of life before and after nursing, satisfaction degree of patients with nursing process and results and the final nursing effect were compared between the two groups after receiving different nursing methods, so as to prove the clinical application value of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology. Results The scores of depression, anxiety and sleep quality in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after nursing, which indicated that the psychological state of the observation group was effectively relaxed after nursing. After nursing intervention, the quality of life of the two groups were significantly higher than before, and the recovery of the observation group was better than that of the control group. In terms of treatment effect, TCM nursing technology can effectively assist clinical treatment, and the nursing effect is better. Finally, the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was higher(P<0.05), the data was statistically significant. Conclusion in the clinical nursing of patients with acute myocardial infarction, traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology can effectively help patients recover physical functions, at the same time, pay attention to the psychological changes of patients in the process of nursing, through the analysis of all aspects of patients, accurate implementation of nursing, accelerate the recovery of patients, and ultim
