摘要
目的观察四逆加人参汤对心肌梗死后无症状性心肌缺血患者收缩压、舒张压及室性早搏发生率的影响。方法随机选取2018年5月—2019年5月医院心肌梗死后无症状性心肌缺血患者60例,随机分为两组:一组常规西医治疗组(30例),一组常规西医治疗基础上四逆加人参汤治疗组(四逆加人参汤组,30例),统计分析两组无症状性心肌缺血发作次数、总持续时间、缺血总负荷、心率、舒张压、收缩压、室性早搏发生率、不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后的无症状性心肌缺血发作次数、总持续时间、缺血总负荷均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗前两组无症状性心肌缺血发作次数、总持续时间、缺血总负荷之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05),治疗后四逆加人参汤组无症状性心肌缺血发作次数、总持续时间、缺血总负荷均显著低于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的室性早搏发生率均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),但治疗前后的心率、舒张压、收缩压之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05);治疗前两组心率、舒张压、收缩压、室性早搏发生率之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05),治疗后四逆加人参汤组室性早搏发生率显著低于常规西医治疗组(P<0.05),但两组心率、舒张压、收缩压之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05)。四逆加人参汤组中口干3例,不良反应发生率为(10.0%,3/30);常规西医治疗组中头痛3例,面红2例,不良反应发生率为(16.7%,5/30)。两组不良反应发生率之间的差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论四逆加人参汤能够有效降低心肌梗死后无症状性心肌缺血室性早搏发生率,保持收缩压、舒张压稳定。
Objective To observe the effects of Sini plus Renshen Decoction on systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and incidence of premature ventricular beats in patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia after myocardial infarction.Methods Sixty cases of patients with asymptomatic myocardial ischemia after myocardial infarction in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected.They were randomly divided into two groups:one group were treated with conventional western medicine(30 cases)and the other group were treated with Sini plus Renshen Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medicine(30 cases).The asymptomatic status,frequency,duration,total ischemic load,heart rates,diastolic blood pressures,systolic blood pressures,incidences of ventricular premature beats and adverse reactions of myocardial ischemia of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results The number of asymptomatic myocardial ischemic attacks,total duration and total ischemic load in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in the number of asymptomatic myocardial ischemic attacks,total duration or total ischemic load(P>0.05).The number of asymptomatic myocardial ischemic attacks,the total duration and the total ischemic load in the Sini plus Renshen Decoction treatment group were significantly lower than those in the conventional western medicine treatment group(P<0.05).The incidence of premature ventricular beats in the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but the differences of heart rate,diastolic pressure and systolic pressure before and after treatment were not significant(P>0.05).The differences of heart rate,diastolic pressure,systolic pressure and incidence of premature ventricular beats between the two groups before and after treatment were not significant(P>0.05).The incidence of premature ventricular beats in Sini Jianshen Decoct
