Van Wyk-Grumbach综合征导致卵巢多囊性增大合并蒂扭转1例报道

摘要 Van Wyk-Grumbach综合征(VWGS)是以甲状腺功能减退、同性性早熟、骨龄延迟为特征的一组综合征,是长期未经治疗的青少年原发性甲状腺功能减退症罕见的并发症,经甲状腺素替代治疗后可得到改善。VWGS临床表现为甲状腺功能减退面容、溢乳、阴道不规则流血、卵巢及睾丸异常增大、身材矮小、骨龄发育延迟、腋毛阴毛缺如等,并伴有卵巢多房囊性改变以及垂体瘤样增生。本文报道1例13岁VWGS患儿的诊治过程,并对相关文献进行整理分析,以期提高临床中对该疾病的认识,减少误诊和过度治疗。
