瘢痕妊娠合并完全性葡萄胎清宫术后大出血保留子宫1例

摘要 临床资料患者,女,31岁,既往体健,8年前行“剖宫产术”,2020年7月行“腹腔镜下左卵巢巧克力囊肿剥除+人工流产术”,13岁月经初潮,月经周期30 d,经期7 d,G4P1L1A3。因“停经74 d,阴道不规则流血39 d”于当地医院就诊。行妇科彩色超声检查:宫腔内可见113 mm×53 mm的混合回声包块,边界清晰,内回声欠均匀,内未见明显血流信号。查人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)>5000 IU/L。
