模糊条件下的多品采配协同建模及遗传算法求解 被引量:3

Genetic Algorithm for Fuzzy Multi-item Replenishment and Delivery Coordination Model

摘要 在联合补货与配送(joint replenishment and distribution,JRD)的实践中,决策者难以客观估计诸如商品的需求规模、库存持有成本和顾客等待成本等因素,而这些变量的不确定性进一步影响了JRD的运作效果。为此,将JRD模型中的顾客需求、单位库存持有成本、单位顾客等待成本假设为三角模糊数,构建基于模糊条件的JRD(fuzzy JRD,FJRD)模型。通过设计遗传算法(genetic algorithm,GA)对模型进行求解,数值验证了GA在两种不同规模算例中的求解效率和稳定性。参数的敏感性分析表明,主要订购成本和次要订购成本对总成本的影响程度相近,大于配送成本对总成本的影响程度。研究发现,企业在进行采购、库存和运输整体优化时,应该重点关注采购环节的成本控制。 In practice,uncertain factors such as the demands for multiple items,inventory holding cost and customer waiting cost further affected the operational effectiveness of joint replenishment and distribution(JRD),which constituted the main difficulties for managers to make objectively decisions.Therefore,by assuming customer demand,unit inventory holding cost and unit customer waiting cost as triangular fuzzy numbers,a fuzzy JRD(FJRD)model was constructed.A genetic algorithm(GA)was redesigned to solve the proposed FJRD model.The efficiency and stability of GA were verified by numerical experiments on different scales of JRDs.Further,the sensitivity analysis of parameters shows that the impacts of the major and minor ordering costs on total cost are similar,which is greater than the impact of distribution cost.In the integrated optimization of all three sectors,replenishment,inventory and distribution,managers should put many emphases on the side of multi-item replenishment.
