摘要
目的:探讨中药封包对慢性非哺乳期乳腺炎麦默通微创旋切术后疼痛及血肿的干预效果。方法:选择2019年10月-2020年10月我科收治的慢性非哺乳期乳腺炎患者74例分为观察组和对照组,各37例,对照组术后给予弹力绷带加压包扎并口服洛芬待因缓释片,观察组在对照组基础上于术后6h开始给予中药封包干预,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)分别于干预后24h及72h比较两组患者的疼痛程度,并观察患者术后72h内血肿及皮下淤血发生率,比较两组患者的护理满意度及术后3个月乳房改变度。结果 观察组干预后24h及72hVAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组术后血肿及皮下淤血总发生率为8.1%,明显低于对照组的35.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3个月乳房改变度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论 中药封包能有效减轻慢性非妊娠期乳腺炎患者麦默通微创旋切术后疼痛,减少皮下淤血及血肿的发生,有利于患者术后康复。
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine packaging on pain and hematoma after minimally invasive rotary resection of chronic non lactating mastitis.Methods:74 patients with chronic non lactating mastitis treated in our department from October 2019 to October 2020 were divided into observation group and control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was given elastic bandage compression bandage and oral lofenadine sustained-release tablets after operation.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine packaging intervention on the basis of the control group at 6h after operation,Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to compare the pain degree of the two groups at 24h and 72h after intervention,and the incidence of hematoma and subcutaneous congestion within 72h after operation was observed.The nursing satisfaction and breast change 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the observation group at 24h and 72h after intervention were lower than those of the control group (P<0.01);The total incidence of postoperative hematoma and subcutaneous congestion in the observation group was 8.1%,which was significantly lower than 35.1% in the control group (P<0.05).The degree of breast change in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 3 months after operation (P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine packaging can effectively reduce the pain after mcmurton minimally invasive rotary surgery in patients with chronic non pregnancy mastitis,reduce the occurrence of subcutaneous congestion and hematoma,and is conducive to the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
