摘要
目的:观察药棒穴位按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效。方法:选取2023年1—4月道真县中医医院三桥分院综合科诊断为腰椎间盘突出症患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。观察组予药棒穴位按摩疗法治疗,对照组予口服双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊。结果:通过对比分析两组治疗后VAS评分、JOA评分均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后VAS评分、JOA评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组有效率为73.33%(21/30),观察组有效率为96.67%(29/30),观察组优于对照组。结论:药棒穴位按摩治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床疗效显著,值得推广。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint massage with medicine stick in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:60 patients with lumbar disc herniation diagnosed by the Comprehensive Department of Sanqiao Branch of Daozhen County traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to April 2023 were randomly divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The observation group was treated with acupoint massage therapy,and the control group was treated with oral diclofenac sodium sustained release capsule.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and JOA score of the two groups were better than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score and JOA score of the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the control group was 73.33%(21/30),and that of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30).The observation group was superior to the control group.Conclusion:Medicine stick acupoint massage is effective in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,which is worth popularizing.
