摘要
美罗培南是神经外科重症感染的常用药物,抗感染疗效确切,但有关不良反应报道的资料较少,特报道1例美罗培南迟发型过敏反应病例及处置经验,回顾并附以皮疹图片资料,以供临床参考。
Meropenem is a commonly used drug for severe infections in neurosurgery. Meropenem has a marked anti-infective effect,but there are few reports on its adverse reactions. Therefore,this article reports one case of delayed hypersensitivity to meropenem and related treatment experience and reviews the images of skin rash,so as to provide a reference for clinical practice.
