摘要
辊/板滚压印工艺是一种可持续大批量高效率的模板复制技术,其中辊筒模具作为辊对辊/板热压印工艺的关键部件,发挥着至关重要的作用。传统的二轴超精密机床难于完成复杂曲面结构的连续加工。为此,提出了一种主轴旋转和进给配合动态策略去改进传统的二轴车削方法,并实现了二轴半的超精密加工。为验证动态车削方法的有效性,通过刀具路径设计与优化,进行了紫铜的车削试验,并利用激光共聚焦显微镜进行了微结构表征,实验结果表明刻划加工得到的槽宽100μm、深22μm的螺旋槽具有良好的质量精度。
Rolling embossing is a kind of template replication technology with high efficiency and sustainable mass production.Roller die plays an important role in the rolling hot embossing process.However,traditional two axis ultra-precision machine is difficult to complete the continuous machining of complex curved surface structure.Therefore,a dynamic strategy of spindle rotation and feed to fabricate the complex structure was proposed.In order to verify the effectiveness of the dynamic turning method,the turning experiment of copper roller was carried out through tool path design and optimization,and the microstructure was characterized by laser confocal microscope.The experimental results show that the width and depth of the spiral groove are 100μm and 22μm,and has good quality and accuracy.
