摘要
EPC工程总承包成本管控问题涵盖范围较广,包括系统化预测发生成本费用支出,测算成本指标,以及对项目成本计划进行编制,以此降低项目成本支出。而在实际项目成本管理与控制过程中面临着一些问题,如管理责任不到位,或者是相关管理体系不健全等,这些问题的存在也成为了阻碍EPC项目成本管理与控制工作顺利落实下去的关键点。本文结合龙川县某医院新院项目建设进行分析,并根据其中存在的问题提出几点解决对策,其最终的目的也是为了促进EPC项目成本管理与控制工作顺利展开。
EPC engineering general contracting cost control covers a wide range of issues,including systematic forecasting of costs and expenses,measurement of cost indicators,and preparation of project cost plans,so as to reduce project costs and expenses.In the process of actual project cost management and control,there are some problems,such as inadequate management responsibility or imperfect relevant management system.The existence of these problems has also become a key point that hinders the smooth implementation of EPC project cost management and control.This paper analyzes the construction of the new hospital project of a hospital in Longchuan County,and puts forward some countermeasures according to the existing problems.Its ultimate purpose is to promote the smooth development of EPC project cost management and control.
