摘要
核能是一种安全、经济、高效的清洁能源,是人类应对气候变化的重要能源选择。因此,把握新的国土空间规划和海岸带综合保护与利用规划编制契机,本文全面分析我国沿海核电选址条件与生态安全风险,并有针对性地提出优化沿海核电布局的规划建议,具有重要的现实意义。
Nuclear energy is a safe,economical and efficient clean energy,and an important energy choice for human beings to deal with climate change.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to grasp the opportunity of new territorial space planning and coastal zone comprehensive protection and utilization planning,this article comprehensively analyze the site selection conditions and ecological security risks of coastal nuclear power in China,and put forward targeted planning suggestions for optimizing the layout of coastal nuclear power.
