摘要
金融服务是生态产品价值实现的重要支撑,特别是以绿色信贷、绿色债券等为代表的绿色金融,在解决生态修复、生态产业化等领域的融资问题,探索实现各界共同参与、市场化运作的生态产品价值方面起到了十分重要的作用。本文重点对绿色金融支持海洋生态产品价值实现的模式进行了介绍和分析,提出了未来的政策方向。此外,对创新型融资模式进行了初探,以期能为海洋生态产品价值实现提供借鉴。
Financial service is an important support to realize the value of ecological products.Especially the green finance,represented by green credit and green bonds,plays a very important role in solving the financing problems in the fields of ecological restoration and ecological industrialization,and in exploring and realizing the value of ecological products with the participation of all the communities and market-oriented operation.This paper focuses on the introduction and analysis of the model of green finance supporting the realization of the value of marine ecological products,and puts forward the future policy direction.In addition,the innovative financing model is explored,in order to serve the realization of the value of marine ecological products.
