摘要
张冰教授,全国第六批名老中医学术继承指导老师,孟河京派国医大师颜正华教授的学术传承人。行医近40年,形成了"理肝调中平上下"的消化系统疾病治疗思路。在临床中格外重视口苦这一症状,认为口苦是胆汁外泄的直接表现,同时也是内在脏腑功能失调的重要信号。口苦的基本病位在胆,但与五脏六腑都有联系,故而张冰教授提出"五脏六腑皆令人口苦"之说。认为口苦辨治的重点在于与口苦同时出现的兼见症,不同的兼见症体现了口苦病机之不同。在临床治疗上,提出立足于胆的中心病位,以"理肝调中平上下"为治疗原则,针对导致口苦之热、郁、虚、逆之不同病机,采用清、疏、补、降四法分而治之。
Professor Zhang Bing,the sixth batch of famous Chinese medicine academic inheritance instructors in China,is the academic inheritor of Professor Yan Zhenghua who is a national medical master of Meng Hejing.In the course of practicing medicine for nearly 40 years,Professor Zhang Bing has formed the idea of treating digestive system diseases of“regulating the liver,regulating the middle and lowering the upper and lower levels”.She found that bitter mouth is a clinical symptom with high incidence but often ignored.Professor Zhang Bing believes that bitter mouth is not only a direct manifestation of bile leakage,but also an important signal of internal organ dysfunction.Its basic disease is located in the gallbladder,but it is related to all the internal organs.Therefore,Professor Zhang Bing put forward the theory that“the internal organs can cause bitter”.Professor Zhang Bing believes that the focus of syndrome differentiation and treatment of oral pain lies in the concurrent symptoms with oral pain.Different concurrent symptoms reflect the different pathogenesis of oral pain.In clinical treatment,Professor Zhang Bing proposed that based on the central disease position of the gallbladder,the treatment principle is to regulate the liver,regulate the middle and level up and down,and adopt the four methods of clearing,dredging,tonifying and reducing according to the different pathogenesis of heat,depression,deficiency and inversion leading to bitter mouth.
