摘要
麦冬作为临床常用中药,古今医家对其运用娴熟,临证中有多种对药形式。药对配伍是中医遣方用药的特色之一。该文通过文献研究的方式整理总结了麦冬与补气、滋阴、清热、化痰、收涩、补血中药的几种典型药对配伍形式,并认为其配伍在中药四气五味、归经等中药药性理论指导下,符合七情和合的用药法度,临床参考价值较高。
Commonly used as a clinical Chinese medicine,Ophiopogon japonicus are skilled in the use by ancient and modern physicians. Ophiopogon japonicus has many forms of couple compatibility of medicines in clinical practice. This paper summarizes the compatibility of Ophiopogon japonicus with several typical Chinese medicines for invigorating Qi,nourishing Yin,clearing heat,resolving phlegm,and enriching blood by means of literature research. It is believed that the compatibility of Chinese herbal medicines under the guidance of the theory of four scents and five flavors,meridian tropism and other traditional Chinese medicinal properties conforms to the medication law of seven emotions and harmony,and has high clinical reference value.
