摘要
本文主要讲解了某型教练机飞行控制系统飞行前自检测工作过程及自检项目,并结合一起方向舵舵机(作动器)自检时四通道故障的分析排除过程,介绍了飞控系统报作动器故障后如何使用便携式多功能测试设备中MBIT、FTI软件定位排故的方法,提出了检查注意事项及处置建议。
This paper mainly describes the preflight built-in test process and test items of flight control system(FCS)of certain type of trainer.In combination with the analysis and troubleshooting process of a four-channel failure during built-in test of rudder actuator,this paper introduces the method how to use MBIT,FIT software of the portable multifunctional test equipment to locate and eliminate the failure,and submits the cautions and disposal suggestions during the test.
