摘要
作为高含硫天然气净化厂核心设备的一级主吸收塔(C-101),在法检过程中被发现焊缝中存在不同程度的埋藏裂纹,存在设备失效风险。本文利用科学方法对设备失效可能性进行计算分析,提出科学合理的处置建议,以降低设备风险,保障净化装置的安全运行。
As the core equipment of high-sulfur natural gas purification plant,the first stage main absorption tower(C-101)has been found to have different degrees of buried cracks in the weld during the process of legal inspection.The possibility of equipment failure is calculated and analyzed by scientific methods,and scientific and reasonable disposal suggestions are put forward to reduce the equipment risk and ensure the safe operation of the purification device.
