摘要
分析了天然气与废气混烧型燃烧器的结构组成,研究了天然气与废气混烧型导热油炉的结构,讨论了天然气与废气混烧型导热油炉在热定形机中的应用。在化纤织物印染定形工艺生产过程中,定形机的烘房使用导热油循环加热系统供热,并将热定形机排放的含有害物质废气直接输入混烧型导热油炉内焚烧净化处理。采用废气余热回收利用装置,通过热交换器将热定形机排出废气中的热量加热新鲜空气,被加热后的新鲜空气按照湿度控制比例,补充进入热定形机的烘房内。另外,采用烟气余热回收装置将混烧型导热油炉排出的中温烟气加热工艺用水后供给染色设备使用,从而达到节能减排降耗和绿色生产的效果。
The structure and composition of mixed combustion burner with natural gas and exhaust gas were ana-lyzed,the structure of heat conducting oil furnace with mixed combustion of natural gas and exhaust gas was studied,and the application of heat conducting oil furnace with mixed combustion of natural gas and exhaust gas in the heat setting ma-chine was discussed.In the setting process of chemical fiber fabric in printing and dyeing,the drying room of the setting machine used the heat conducting oil circulating heating system to supply heat,and the exhaust gas containing harmful sub-stances discharged from the heat setting machine was directly input into the mixed combustion heat conducting oil furnace for incineration and purification.The waste heat recovery and utilization device of the exhaust gas was adopted to convert the heat in the exhaust gas discharged from the heat setting machine into the heat of the fresh air through a heat exchanger.The heated fresh air was supplemented into the drying room of the heat setting machine according to the humidity control proportion.In addition,the flue gas waste heat recovery device is used to heat the process water with the medium tempera-ture flue gas discharged from the mixed combustion heat transfer oil furnace and supply it to the dyeing equipment,so as to achieve the effects of energy saving,emission reduction and green production.
