摘要
将超声波应用于化纤针织物平幅除油定形工艺,以期可以达到原来用化学助剂对化纤针织物除油的工艺效果。介绍超声波除油的原理及其工艺流程,即利用超声波在水溶液中产生的空化效应,可以对织物上的油剂进行乳化、分散,通过水洗及定形机的高温挥发作用达到除油目的。并与传统除油水洗工艺进行对比。结果表明,化纤针织坯布经一槽85℃除油(清水+超声波)和一槽60℃除油(清水+超声波)及一槽60℃水洗(清水+超声波),轧水进定形机(195℃、15~30 m/min)预定形,织物上的油剂部分被清除,残留的油剂在定形时再挥发进入定形机尾气,从而达到连续除油、预定形目的。
The application of ultrasonic de-oiling technology to open-width de-oiling and setting process of chemical fiber knitted fabric can achieve the effect of chemical de-oiling by traditional auxiliary agents.The principle and technological process of ultrasonic oil removal are introduced:the cavitation effect of ultrasonic wave in water solution can be used to emulsify and disperse the oil agent on the fabric,and then the purpose of oil removal can be achieved by water washing and evaporation of setting machine,which is compared with the traditional oil removal and dyeing effect.Chemical fiber knitted fabric is treated with a tank of 85℃water plus ultrasonic,a tank of 60℃water plus ultrasonic,a tank of 60℃water washing,and squeezed into setting machine(195℃by 15~30 m/min)for initial setting,the oil on the fabric is partly removed,the residual oil is evaporated as exhausted gas of the setting machine in the setting process,thus the aim of continuous oil removal and initial setting is realized.
