摘要
随着教育体制改革,国家不断扩大高校招生的人数,自2016年起国内高等教育学校招生人数以每年增加50万人的速度递增。随着经济社会持续发展,近十年来化学类专业已成为国民经济发展中最普遍的专业之一。不管是综合专业类大学,还是研究专业类大学,基本都会开设化学类专业课程。化学类专业呈现人数多、专业分工细的特点,这在无形之中加大了行业的就业竞争力,毕业生面临严峻的就业形势。本文就如何提升化学类专业毕业生就业优势,分析了化学类毕业生的工作定位需求,并对如何解决地域发展需求不平衡的就业问题进行分析及探讨。
With the reform of the education system, the country has continuously expanded the number of college enrollment.Since 2016, the enrollment of domestic higher education institutions has been increasing at the rate of 500 000 per year. With the continuous development of economy and society, chemistry major has become one of the most popular majors in the developlment of economy in the past decade. Both comprehensive professional university and research professional universities offer chemistry courses.Chemistry majors show the characteristics of a large number of people and fine division of majors, which also increases the employment competitiveness of the industry, and graduates are still facing a severe employment situation. This paper analyzes and discusses how to improve the employment advantages of chemical graduates, analyze the job orientation needs of chemistry graduates, and solve the employment problems of unbalanced regional development needs.
