摘要
随着我国高等教育的发展,大学生数量不断增加,就业成为大学生亟待解决的问题。面对日益突出的环境问题,政府加大了生态环保的投入,给绿色化工与环保类人才培养带来机遇和挑战。本文以重庆三峡学院环境与化学工程学院为例,分析该院毕业生就业情况和“考研”上线率。结果表明:该院就业率整体保持上升,过程装备与控制工程就业率最高,毕业人数最少;化工专业与给排水专业就业状况良好,但招生人数最多,需防治市场饱和对该专业的不利影响;环境科学专业就业率相对较低,但后期有望得到改善。本文通过分析当前普通高校化工与环保类毕业生的就业状况,结合国家的方针政策,提出了满足当前需求的人才培养方向,以提高普通高校化工与环保类毕业生的就业竞争力。
With the development of higher education in China,the number of college students continues to increase,and employment has become an urgent problem for college students.Facing the increasingly prominent environmental problems,the government has increased the investment in ecological and environmental protection,which brings both opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of ecological and environmental protection talents.This paper takes the College of Environmental and Chemical Engineering of Chongqing Three Gorges University as an example to analyze the employment situation of its graduates and the rate of“postgraduate entrance examination”.The results show that the employment rate of the college keeps rising,and the employment rate of process equipment and control engineering is the highest,and the number of graduates is the least.The employment situation of water supply and drainage science and engineering is good,but the number of students is the largest,so it is necessary to prevent the adverse impact of market saturation on this major.The employment rate of environmental science majors is relatively low,but it is expected to be improved through a variety of ways.Based on the analysis of the current employment situation of ecological and environmental protection graduates in colleges and universities,combined with the national policies and guidelines,this paper puts forward the talent training direction to meet the current needs,in order to improve the employment competitiveness of ecological and environmental protection graduates in colleges and universities.
