摘要
皮肤光老化主要是指紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)累积照射皮肤引起的皮肤外源性衰老,其机制涉及氧化应激、DNA损伤、细胞因子及炎症递质的释放,而常驻于真皮组织的肥大细胞(mast cells,MC)是UV诱导皮肤免疫反应的必需细胞,可能参与这个过程。UV照射可诱导肥大细胞数量增加,促进其活化、脱颗粒,从而引起真皮炎症反应、细胞外基质降解、基底膜破裂、色素代谢异常等光老化的改变。因此,研究肥大细胞在皮肤光老化中的作用及机制,可为光老化的预防和治疗提供新靶点和思路。
Skin photoaging mainly refers to cumulative ultraviolet(UV)induced skin aging.The primary mechanism of photoaging is the generation of oxidative stress,DNA damage,release of cytokines and inflammatory mediators.Mast cells which residing in the dermal tissue are essential cells for UV-induced skin immune response and may be involved in this process.UV irradiation can increase the number of mast cells,promote their activation and degranulation,resulting in photoaging changes such as dermis inflammatory reaction,extracellular matrix degradation,basement membrane disruption,and abnormal pigment metabolism.Accordingly,studying the role and mechanism of mast cells in skin photoaging can provide new targets and ideas for the prevention and treatment of photoaging.
