Selective Flocculation and Flotation of Ultrafine Cassiterite

摘要 针对南丹某微细粒级锡尾矿中锡石品位低、泥化程度高、矿物种类较多、矿物嵌布较细、方解石类碳酸盐矿物含量高等特点,采用选择性絮凝浮选锡石的工艺流程进行回收微细粒锡石的试验研究。在pH为6.5的条件下,使用组合调整剂羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)+水玻璃、选择性絮凝剂磺化聚丙烯酰胺(PAMS)、组合捕收剂水杨羟肟酸+氧肟酸+P86对锡品位为0.53%的锡尾矿进行选择性絮凝浮选,获得了锡精矿品位为9.35%、回收率为81.80%、富集比为17.64的良好指标。 In view of the characteristics of low cassiterite grade, high degree of argillization, various kinds of minerals, fine embedding with gangue minerals and high content of calcite carbonate minerals in a ultrafine tin tailings in Nandan, the process flow of selective flocculation flotation of cassiterite was used to recover the ultrafine cassiterite. Under the condition of pH 6.5, selective flocculation flotation was carried out on tin tailings with tin grade of 0.53% by the combined regulator of sodium carboxymethylcellulose(CMC) and sodium silicate, selective flocculant of sulfonated polyacrylamide(PAMs), as well as combined collector of salicylhydroxamic acid, hydroxamic acid and P86.Good indexes were obtained with tin concentrate grade of 9.35%, recovery rate of 81.80% and enrichment ratio of 17.64.
