摘要
对云南某锡石-多金属硫化矿铅锌浮选流程后的含硫磁选尾矿脱硫选锡工艺流程进行探索和优化。采用优化的预先抛尾-脱硫-分级-重选流程,试验结果表明,先将矿样在0.15mm处分级,+0.15 mm粒级中品位高的锡连生体利用螺旋溜槽回收,然后与-0.15 mm粒级矿物混合后脱硫。脱硫后在0.074mm分级,分别用摇床重选。-0.074mm粒级可获得Sn品位46.78%、回收率49.03%的锡精矿,-0.15+0.074 mm粒级再磨后可获得Sn品位34.91%、回收率12.20%的锡精矿。锡石总回收率为61.23%。
Technological process for desulfurization and Sn selection from magnetic tailings with sulfur was explored and optimized after lead-zinc flotation process of a cassiterite polymetallic sulphide ore in Yunnan.The optimized process including pre-discarding tailings,desulphurization,classification and gravity separation was used.The test results showed that ore samples were separated at 0.15 mm at first.Sn combinations with high grade were recovered by spiral chute in the size fraction of+0.15 mm,and then the desulfurization was carried out after mixing with-0.15 mm parts.The mixture was separated at 0.074 mm after desulphurization,which was respectively selected by tabling.Sn grade of 46.78%and tin concentrate recovery rate of 49.03% were obtained from the size fraction of-0.074 mm,besides Sn grade of34.91% and tin concentrate recovery rate of 12.20%were obtained after regrinding the size fraction of-0.15+0.074 mm.The total recovery of cassiterite was 61.23%.
