摘要
目的探讨四子散热奄包热熨联合艾灸治疗风寒痹阻型项痹患者中的应用。方法选取62例于2018年7月-2019年2月医院收治的风寒痹阻型项痹患者,随机分为对照组(n=31,常规中医治疗)和观察组(n=31,常规中医治疗基础上应用四子散热奄包热熨联合艾灸治疗),对比两组临床疗效、颈痛量表(Northwick park neck pain questionnaire,NPQ)评分、颈椎生理曲度Borden氏值、视觉模拟疼痛评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及生活量表评分。结果治疗后,观察组临床总有效率93.55%高于对照组的70.97%(χ^(2)=5.415,P <0.05);观察组颈痛量表总分(3.95±0.47)低于对照组的(6.04±0.52)分(t=16.601,P <0.05);观察组颈椎生理曲度Borden氏值(12.21±2.12)高于对照组(10.49±2.79)(t=2.732,P <0.05);观察组疼痛评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分(2.51±0.45)分著低于对照组的(4.47±0.46)分,(t=16.958,P <0.05);观察组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论四子散热奄包热熨联合艾灸治疗风寒痹阻型项痹可显著提高患者的临床疗效,对患者颈部症状、疼痛程度和生活质量有效改善。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Sizi heat dissipation package hot ironing combined with moxibustion in the treatment of wind cold obstruction type of neck arthralgia.Methods A total of 62 cases of wind cold obstruction type of neck arthralgia from July 2018 to February 2019 were divided into control group(n=31,conventional traditional Chinese medicine treatment)and observation group(n=31,Sizi heat dissipation package hot ironing combined with moxibustion treatment),the clinical efficacy,Northwick park neck pain questionnaire(NPQ)score,cervical physiological curvature Borden's value,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and quality of life scale score were compared.Results After treatment,in the observation group,the total effective rate 93.55%which higher than 70.97%of the control group(χ^(2)=5.415,P<0.05);the total NPQ score(3.95±0.47)points was lower than the control group(6.04±0.52)points(t=16.601,P<0.05);the Borden’s value of cervical curvature(12.21±2.12)was higher than that the control group(10.49±2.79)(t=2.732,P<0.05);the VAS score(2.51±0.45)points was lower than the control group(4.47±0.46)points(t=16.958,P<0.05);the scores of quality of life were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sizi heat release package hot ironing combined with moxibustion can improve the clinical effect,improve the cervical symptoms,reduce the degree of pain,so as to improve the quality of life.
