摘要
目的:研究通络颈肩巴布剂中活性组分葛根素离体小鼠透皮率及其动力学方程拟合。方法:采用改良的France扩散池,以离体小鼠皮肤为屏障,分别对接收的接受液,采用HPLC法分别测定其有效成分。结果:通络颈肩巴布剂中葛根素离体小鼠皮肤24h的透皮率为31.49%;动力学拟合方程,符合Higuchi方程,拟合度达到了0.9以上。结论:通络颈肩巴布剂释放度良好,透皮率高,动力学方程表明为骨架型缓释制剂。
Objective:To study the penetration rate of Puerarin from Tong luo Neck Shoulder cataplasm in vitro and its kinetic equation fitting.Methods:Using the modified France diffusion cell and the isolated mouse skin as the barrier,the effective components of the received solution were determined by HPLC.Results:The 24-hour skin penetration rate of Puerarin in Tongluo neck and shoulder cataplasm was 31.49%,and the Higuchi equation was fitted to the kinetic equation,and the degree of fit was over 0.9.Conclusion:Tongluo neck shoulder cataplasm has a good release rate and a high transdermal rate.The kinetic equation shows that Tongluo neck shoulder cataplasm is a skeleton sustained-release preparation.
