摘要 从操作员认知绩效角度建立数字化控制系统交互界面评测模型,是保证系统高效运转的前提。首先针对工业制造系统信息交互界面,从视觉搜索质量-信息加工水平维度建立了综合认知绩效评价指标体系,其次通过引入层次分析法为指标赋权,根据VAGUE集表征定量指标和TOPSIS优选度排序法对设计方案进行优选排序的方式,构建了AHP-VAGUE-TOPSIS组合计算模型。最后通过对光伏制造MES系统-焊接界面的评估和改良,为生理评测技术用于评估工业制造系统信息交互界面提供了较为客观的量化评价方法。 Establishing the information interface evaluation model of intelligent control system from the perspective of operator's cognitive performance is the premise to ensure the efficient operation of intelligent control system.In this paper,based on the interactive interface in digital control system,a comprehensive cognitive performance evaluation index system is established from the quality-information processing level dimension of visual search and TOPSIS is compensated by introducing AHP analytic method to index weighting and VAGUE set to characterize quantitative indicators.When the TOPSIS method determines the order preference of the design scheme,the weighting is too subjective and the algorithm is cumbersome,so this paper constructs the AHP-VAGUE-TOPSIS combination calculation model to avoid the above weakness.Finally,taking the MES control system-welding interface as an example,the best design is selected from the design scheme based on comprehensive cognitive performance evaluation index system and AHP-VAGUE-TOPSIS combination calculation model,which proves the validity of the model,provides reliable data support for the interface evaluation and reduces the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation.
