摘要
软件界面是人与计算机交互的重要组成部分,目前软件界面普遍存在操作难的问题,使用过程中增加了用户的操作失误和认知负担,而科学合理的软件界面设计质量评价方法尚在探讨之中。文中提出了基于眼动追踪技术的软件界面评价方法,通过建立眼动追踪评价指标,收集典型任务眼动数据,并运用数据分析软件分析实验结果,从而发现软件界面设计的缺陷与弊端,最终实现对软件界面可用性水平的评价。
Software interface is an important part for human-computer interaction. Currently, software interfaces are commonly difficult to operate, thus increasing user's operation errors and cognitive burden. A scientific and reasonable evaluation method of software interface design quality is still in research. In this article, the method of software interface evaluation based on eye-tracking technology is given. By establishing the evaluation index of eye-tracking, collecting the data of eye-moving in typical tasks and analyzing the experimental results using data analysis software, the limitation and shortage about the design of software interface are thus found. Finally, the evaluation about the usability level of software interface is realized.
