摘要
目的探讨中医骨科治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法80例老年骨性关节炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为试验组及对照组,各40例。对照组患者采用西药进行治疗,试验组患者进行中医骨科治疗。对比两组治疗效果、疼痛程度评分、关节功能评分、生活质量评分。结果试验组患者总有效率95.0%高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗前后疼痛评分分别为(7.94±2.33)、(1.23±1.12)分,对照组分别为(7.97±2.32)、(3.59±1.21)分;治疗后,两组患者疼痛评分均显著低于治疗前,且试验组患者疼痛评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗前后关节功能评分分别为(52.16±11.32)、(97.36±10.84)分,对照组分别为(52.87±11.42)、(82.48±12.84)分;治疗后,两组患者关节功能评分均显著高于治疗前,且试验组患者关节功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者躯体疼痛、生理功能、生理职能、精力、情感职能、精神健康、社会功能、总生活质量、日常生活能力评分均显著高于治疗前,且试验组患者高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医骨科治疗老年骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,能显著减轻患者疼痛感,改善日常生活质量,临床上值得推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics on senile osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 80 cases of senile osteoarthritis as the research subjects were randomly divided into test group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,and patients in the test group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics.The therapeutic effect,pain degree score,joint function score,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.0%in the test group was higher than 72.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain scores of the test group were(7.94±2.33)and(1.23±1.12)points before and after treatment,and the control group were(7.97±2.32)and(3.59±1.21)points before and after treatment.After treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of this group before treatment,and the test group was lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The joint function scores of the test group were(52.16±11.32)and(97.36±10.84)points before and after treatment,and the control group were(52.87±11.42)and(82.48±12.84)points before and after treatment.After treatment,the joint function scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of this group before treatment,and the test group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the somatic pain,physical function,physical function,energy,emotional function,mental health,social function scores,total quality of life,and activities of daily living in both groups were significantly higher than those in this group before treatment,and the test group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics has a remarkable clinical effect on senile osteo
