摘要
当前临床治疗老年骨性关节炎主要采用西医方法,但随着治疗过程的不断深入,西医治疗方法的缺点越发凸显出来,而且经常会引起一些不良反应。本文对骨性关节炎定义和发病机制进行陈述,并对老年骨性关节炎治疗过程中使用中医骨科康复治疗具体方法和效果进行简要分析。
At present,western medicine is mainly used in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis,however,with the deepening of the treatment process,the shortcomings of Western medicine treatment methods become more and more prominent,and it often lead to some adverse reactions.This paper presents the definition and pathogenesis of osteoarthritis,and analyzes the specific methods and effects of traditional Chinese medicine orthopedic rehabilitation in the treatment of senile osteoarthritis.
