摘要
黑果腺肋花楸(Aronia melanocarpa Elliot)是蔷薇科涩石楠属一种小浆果树种,果实中含有黄酮、多酚、花青素等多种对人体健康有益的成分,在欧美地区广泛应用于医药和功能食品工业,是集食用、药用、园林和生态等价值于一身的珍贵树种。本文从生物学特性、繁育技术、栽培、功能成分等方面综述了国内外黑果腺肋花楸的研究进展,并对其应用前景和发展趋势进行了探讨,旨在为黑果腺肋花楸后续的研究和生产提供相应的参考价值。
Aronia melanocarpa Elliot is a small pulp fruit tree species of Rosaceae.Its fruit contains including flavonoids,polyphenols,anthocyanins and other ingredients that are beneficial to human health.It is widely used in medicine and functional food industry in Europe and America.It is a precious tree species with edible,medicinal,landscape and ecological values.In this paper,the research progress of Aronia melanocarpa Elliot at home and abroad was reviewed from the aspects of biological characteristics,breeding technology,cultivation and functional components,and its application prospect and development trend were discussed,in order to provide reference for the following research and application of Aronia melanocarpa Elliot.
