摘要
本试验应用隆朋复合麻醉制剂对山羊麻醉效果进行观察,通过对麻醉山羊的体温、呼吸频率、心率变化及各项生物反射的监测,评价隆朋复合制剂对山羊麻醉效果。结果表明,隆朋复合制剂对山羊具有麻醉起效快、麻醉维持时间长、镇静确实、镇痛充分、肌松完全,可满足山羊临床麻醉的需求。
In this experiment,the anesthesia effect of goat was observed by Xylazine compound preparation,and the effect of Xylazine compound preparation on goat anesthesia was evaluated by monitoring the temperature,breathing frequency,heart rate change and various biological reflexes of anesthesia in goat.Based on the above results,it can be concluded that after the xylazine compound preparation is applied to goats,the anesthesia has a fast onset,anesthesia is maintained for a long time,an appropriate depth of anesthesia,and can provide better analgesia and sedation and muscle relaxation effect,anesthesia effect is indeed,and can be used as a potential compound anesthetic agent for goat.
