摘要
随着人工智能技术的快速发展以及教育管理体制改革的深入推进,传统的高校社保管理工作已无法顺应时代发展要求,迫切需要新的社保管理机制与之相适应。本文首先阐释了高校社保管理工作的内蕴价值;其次从社保管理机制、社保管理平台、社保管理人才和社保管理模式方面出发,分析了当前人工智能时代高校社保管理工作所面临的现实挑战;最后从完善社保管理机制、搭建社保管理平台、提升人才专业素养、革新工作模式方法等方面提出高校社保管理工作的推进路径,以期实现高校社保管理工作的长远化、规范化、信息化发展。
With the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology and the in-depth advancement of the education management system,the traditional social security management work in colleges and universities cannot meet the development requirements of the times,and there is an urgent need for a new social security management mechanism to adapt to it.Firstly,it explains the intrinsic value of exploring and studying the social security management of colleges and universities;secondly,from the aspects of social security management mechanism,social security management platform,social security management talents and social security management model,it analyzes the reality of the current college social security management in the era of artificial intelligence.challenge;Finally,from the aspects of improving the social security management mechanism,building a social security management platform,improving the professional quality of talents,and innovating working modes and methods,the path for the advancement of social security management in colleges and universities is proposed,in order to realize the long-term,standardized and informatized development of social security management in colleges and universities.
