摘要
目的:观察阿伐斯汀胶囊与自血疗法治疗慢性特发性荨麻疹的效果。方法:将2019年12月至2020年11月佛山市第一人民医院收治的70例慢性特发性荨麻疹患者纳入研究,以随机抽签法分成两组,对照组和观察组各35例。对照组采用阿伐斯汀胶囊口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合自血疗法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率为97.14%,明显高于对照组的82.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者IgE水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗过程中均未见严重不良反应。结论:慢性特发性荨麻疹采用阿伐斯汀胶囊联合自血疗法治疗,可获得较好的治疗效果,且安全性高。
Objective To observe the effect of Avastin capsules and autohemotherapy in the treatment of chronic idiopathic urticaria.Methods 70 patients with chronic idiopathic urticaria admitted to Foshan First People's Hospital from December 2019 to November 2020 were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into two groups by randomlydrawing method with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Avastin capsules orally,and the observation group was treated with autohemotherapy on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.14%,which was significantly higher than 82.86%of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum immunoglobulin E(IgE)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the level of IgE in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no serious adverse reactions in two groups.Conclusion Chronic idiopathic urticaria is treated with Avastin capsules combined with autohemotherapy,which can obtain better disease treatment effect and high safety.
