摘要
目的探析呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、第1秒用力呼气量占预计值百分比(FEV_(1)%)及炎性因子在支气管哮喘患者中的表达情况。方法选取连云港市赣榆区人民医院2018年2月至2020年7月收治的60例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象进行回顾性分析,其中急性发作期患者30例设为急性组,缓解期患者30例设为缓解组,同时选取健康体检者30例为参照组,检测比较各组FeNO、IgE、FEV_(1)%、炎性因子水平。结果急性组、缓解组FeNO、IgE水平显著高于参照组,急性组FEV_(1)%水平显著低于参照组(P<0.05);缓解组FeNO、IgE水平显著低于急性组,FEV_(1)%水平显著高于急性组(P<0.05);参照组与缓解组FEV_(1)%水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。急性组、缓解组IL-4、IL-6显著高于参照组,急性组显著高于缓解组(P<0.05)。结论支气管哮喘患者FeNO、IgE、炎性因子水平明显升高,可作为临床诊治的参考依据。而FEV_(1)%只在支气管哮喘急性发作期变化明显,不一定能反映气道的炎症程度。
Objective To explore the percentage of expiratory nitric oxide(FeNO),immunoglobulin E(IgE),and forced expiratory volume in the first second to the predicted value(FEV1%)and the expression of inflammatory factors in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 patients with bronchial asthma admitted to Ganyu District People's Hospital of Lianyungang City from February 2018 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects.Among them,30 patients in the acute attack stage were set as the acute group,and 30 patients in the remission stage were set as the remission group.At the same time,30 healthy subjects were selected as the reference group,and the levels of FeNO,IgE,FEV1%,and inflammatory factors in each group were tested and compared.Results The levels of FeNO and IgE in the acute group and the remission group were significantly higher than those of the reference group.The FEV1%level of the acute group was significantly lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05);The FeNO and IgE levels of the remission group were significantly lower than those of the acute group,and the FEV1%level was significantly higher than that of the acute group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the FEV1%level between the reference group and the remission group(P>0.05).The IL-4 and IL-6 of the acute group and the remission group were significantly higher than the reference group,and the acute group was significantly higher than the remission group(P<0.05).Conclusion The levels of FeNO,IgE,and inflammatory factors in patients with bronchial asthma are significantly increased,which can be used as a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.However,FEV1%only changes significantly during the acute exacerbation of bronchial asthma,and may not necessarily reflect the degree of airway inflammation.
