摘要
为了满足三峡升船机齿轮箱维修保障的需求,文章基于对齿轮箱模型构建、交互式电子技术手册(IETM)、虚拟拆装等关键技术方法的研究,设计并开发了一套具有良好交互性和实用性的齿轮箱维修辅助系统。该系统能够为维修人员开展维修保障工作提供可靠的信息支持和技术指导;同时也为维修人员提供了一个良好的拆装训练平台,帮助维修人员更好地掌握齿轮箱的结构特点以及拆装流程。
An auxiliary gearbox maintenance system with good interaction and practicability is designed and developed to meet the needs of the gearbox maintenance and support for the Three Gorges ship lifts.The research on key technologies and methods such as gearbox modeling,the interactive electronic technical manual(IETM),and virtual disassembly and assembly provides a basis for the system design and development.The system can provide reliable information support and technical guidance for maintenance personnel,and at the same time,it also provides a good disassembly and assembly training platform for maintenance personnel,helping them to better grasp the structural characteristics of the gearbox and the process of disassembly and assembly.
