摘要
依据相关规划和有关技术资料,合理确定了梁济运河防洪标准和设计洪水流量、洪水位,计算了梁济运河大桥桥位处壅水高度、壅水曲线全长和冲刷深度,对桥梁防洪影响进行了综合评价,包括对有关规划、现有防洪标准、有关技术要求的适应性分析,对河势稳定、河道堤防和其他水利工程设施的影响分析,对防汛抢险的影响分析等,并就减少和避免因建桥产生的防洪不利影响提出了防治和补救措施。
According to the relevant planning and technical data, it reasonably determines the Liangji canal flood control standard and the design of flood discharge, flood level, calculates the backwater height of the Liangji canal bridge, backwater curve and scour depth. It makes a comprehensive appraisal on the bridge flood control effect, including the adaptability analysis of the relevant planning, the existing flood control standard and the relevant technical requirements, the influence analysis of river regime stability,river dike, other water conservancy facilities and flood control and emergency rescue. It puts forward prevention and remedial measures to reduce and avoid the adverse influence of flood control caused by bridge construction.
