摘要 SOAP式问题描述法在提高住院医师分析、判断和解决临床问题能力中的作用逐步被大家认可,并熟练运用。但目前大部分规范化培训阶段的住院医生日常多以参与一般性医疗活动为主,对其学术思维培养多有忽视,或者无法完成从发现“临床问题”到提炼“科学问题”的转换。该文简述住院医师学术思维培养现状和意义,并通过一个SOAP式问题描述法引导培训儿科住院医师学术思维的实操案例,说明该方法对住院医师学术思维培养的可行性和效果,为完善住院医师学术思维培养提供新思路。 The role of SOAP-style problem description in improving the ability of resident physicians to analyze,judge and solve clinical problems is gradually recognized by everyone and is used skillfully.But at present,most residency doctors in the standardized training stage mainly participate in general medical activities on a daily basis,and they neglect their academic thinking training,or cannot complete the conversion from discovering"clinical problems"to refining"scientific problems".This article briefly describes the current situation and significance of resident academic thinking training,and uses a SOAP-style problem description method to guide the training of pediatric resident academic thinking practical cases to illustrate the feasibility and effect of this method on resident academic thinking training.Provide new ideas for improving the academic thinking training of residents.
