摘要
目的探讨专业实践模型理论为指导的培训模式在内科优质护理管理中应用效果。方法选取该院内科专业护士80名为培训对象,实施以专业实践模型为理论指导的培训,比较培训前后护士核心能力及护理质量评分情况。结果培训后护士核心能力各维度得分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后护理质量各维度评分高于培训前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以护理专业实践模型理论为指导的培训可明显提高护士核心护理能力和护理质量,有利于落实优质护理。
Objective To explore the application effect of training model guided by professional practice model theory in internal medicine quality nursing management.Methods A total of 80 professional nurses in internal medicine in the hospital were selected as training subjects,and the training was conducted with professional practice model as the theoretical guidance.The core competence and nursing quality scores of nurses before and after the training were compared.Results The scores of nurses'core competence in all dimensions after training were higher than those before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions of nursing quality after training were higher than those before training,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The training guided by the theory of nursing professional practice model can significantly improve the core nursing ability and nursing quality of nurses,and is conducive to the implementation of high-quality nursing.
