摘要
如何有效应对涉南海问题国际舆论博弈、掌握国际话语权,是中国媒体面临的一项重大课题。作为南海舆论博弈的重要参与方,越南媒体的涉南海报道情况如何,值得高度关注。本文以越通社为例,分析其涉南海英文报道的特点、与中国媒体的相似性及各自的优势所在,在此基础上探讨中国媒体对外报道的应对之策。文章认为,中国媒体一方面要顺应融合发展趋势,开展报道创新,充分发挥自身优势,释放自身潜能;另一方面要参考借鉴越南媒体的有益经验,展现新的角色思维,转变话语方式,不断提升国际传播效果。
It is an important task for China's media to effectively deal with the international public opinion combat and grasp the international discourse power on South China Sea.As a key participant in the international public opinion combat on that issue,Vietnamese media reports merit serious study.This paper takes Vietnam News Agency(VNA)as an example to analyze the characteristics of Vietnamese media's English reports on the South China Sea,to compare the similarities and advantages between Vietnamese and Chinese media,and thus to explore the Chinese media's countermeasures for their international news reports.It is argued in this paper that Chinese media should comply with the trend of media convergence,carry out report innovations,take advantage of their own strengths,and thus release their potentials.Chinese media should learn from Vietnamese counterparts,adopt new role thinking,change the mode of discourse,and find out the ways to improve the international communication effect.
