摘要
前越南共产党总书记阮文灵从1987年5月起在越共中央机关报《人民报》发表的系列文章《当务之急》中,提出了"新闻事业既是党的喉舌,又是人民的论坛"的观点,同时鼓励和倡导在媒体上对"消极"现象进行公开批评。本文对阮文灵新闻思想提出的背景、主要内容及其意义进行了分析,认为这些思想观点是对越南媒体在新时期的职能的发展与重新定位,它确立了革新时期越南新闻事业的总体面貌和特点,对革新时期越南媒体的发展和活动带来重要而深远的影响。
Ruan Van Linh, the former general secretary of Vietnamese Communist Party, in his series articles The Urgent Matter of the Moment, put forward the standpoints below ： ＂Journalism is the vocal organ of party, and also people＇s forum＂ ; in the meantime, he encouraged public animadversion of ＂negative＂ phenomena on the medium. This paper analyzes the background, main content and significance of Ruan Van Linh＇s idea about journalism, and considers that the idea relocated the function of Vietnamese medium in the new period, and confirmed its general status and characteristics, which had made profound effect on the development of Vietnamese medium in the reform period.
